Snickers mud pie

Snickers Mud pie
150 gram dairy-free margarine
1 dl aquafaba
2 dl granulated sugar
1 dl brown sugar
0,5 dl cocoa
2,5 dl plain flour
2 tsp vanilla sugar
0,5 tsp salt
1. Turn on the oven at 175 C (347 f) and butter a springform baking pan
2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
3. Melt the margarine and gently stir in the aquafaba
4. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and mix to an even consistency
5. Add the mixture to the baking pan and bake for about 20-25 (depending on the stickiness you prefer) minutes in the middle of the oven.
6. Let the cake cool down completely, keep it cool in the fridge.
Peanut fudge
1 dl golden syrup
1 dl granulated sugar
1 dl whippable plant-based cream
200 g salted peanuts
1. Bring the syrup, sugar and cream to a boil, let it simmer on low for 7 minutes
2. Remove from the stove and let it cool down and add the peanuts
3. Spread over the mud pie and pop it back into the fridge
Chocolate ganache
100 g vegan milk chocolate
1 dl whippable plant-based Cream
1.Bring the cream to a boil
2.Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the cream, stir to aneven mixture
3. Let it cool down and spread over the top of the cake
4. Let the cake rest in the fridge for a couple of hours
